Definitions and Interpretation

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

• The Player has abused or threatened nogod88f staff in any communication channel.
• nogod88f is required to close the account to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, or financial crime prevention obligations.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining real-money balance may be withheld pending investigation and any Bonus Funds will be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player breach — for example, at the Player's own voluntary request — any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days.
